Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as Ramadan and Eid, processing times may take slightly longer, we thank you for your patience during these times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. All delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

We are unable to advise on specific charges, as these vary by country.

Returns & Faulty Items

UK & EU Orders
Customers in the UK and European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt, in line with consumer regulations. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

International Orders (Outside the UK & EU)

We do not accept returns for international orders unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. While we’ll always do our best to assist, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.
