UK Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for UK orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International Orders (Outside the UK)
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages, Faulty or Incorrect Items (UK & International)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@nabhanikids.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, and cover any return costs where applicable.

For UK customers, the fastest way to receive a new item is to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
